Moreover, they benefit from the fund's profits through profit sharing of 7.5% of the result. The fund's investment strategy is solid, with a focus on fully developing projects for various rental labels, selecting only A-locations and aiming for a minimum of 20 units per project. This ensures optimal diversification and risk management of the 10 projects in the portfolio.
